You should use this to [show that you're listening](https://docs.pullpath.com/interactive-newsletter/tips-for-interactive-newsletters#5-show-that-youre-listening) and to reward participants for their feedback or effort. Or just recognize participants who are living your organization's values to reinforce your company culture.
