This is a short path that can be used on its own or you can just use a few of these bits in your monthly [interactive newsletter](/templates/interactive-newsletter.md). 

You should use this to [show that you're listening](/templates/interactive-newsletter/tips-for-interactive-newsletters.md#5-show-that-youre-listening) and to reward participants for their feedback or effort. Or just recognize participants who are living your organization's values to reinforce your company culture.
